Instructions to Submit Using the Internet

To submit a locate request via the internet, please click HERE. Here you can register to become an ITIC user. Just follow the easy steps below.

1. Click on the “ITIC” button
2. Click on the state you want to register for, “Hawaii”
3. Click on the “I Agree” button to accept terms and conditions
4. Enter your email address and phone number
5. Click on “Register”
