All of Hawaii’s excavators and utilities are invited to attend the Hawaii One Call Center Seminars, which take place each spring and fall. Sponsored by the Hawaii One Call Center (HOCC) and Hawaii Public Utilities Commission, these informational seminars focus on the Hawaii One Call Center Advance Warning to Excavators program and Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 269E.
